THE EXISTING FAÇADE WAS REDUCED TO ACCOMMODATE CITY ZONING RESTRICTIONS AND WAS INCORPORATED WITHIN THE NEW LARGER CONTEMPORARY FAÇADE COMPOSITION AND THE CONTEXT OF THE OVERALL NEIGHBORHOOD.

 

THE HISTORIC FAÇADE IS TREATED AS A SEPARATE ENTITY, OR ARTIFACT, THAT IS ACCENTUATED BY THE MODERN FRAME OF THE REMAINDER OF THE BUILDING. THE NEW PORTIONS OF THE BUILDING FEATURE GRANITE, CASTSTONE PANELS, ALUMINUM, AND GLASS CURTAINWALL.
