existing industrial building roof from a 24-foot clear height structure to 45-feet clear
(double lift). This allowed the owner to convert the existing building into a high-
capacity document storage center on a four-level logistics system which included
catwalks for access to upper levels. This project marked the largest increase in
cubic footage for a roof lift to date.
